Brodeur Project, NunavutLocation: The Brodeur property is centred on the northern half of the Brodeur Peninsula of Baffin Island in Nunavut. Size: The property comprises 211,216 acres covering 82 claims. Ownership: Diamondex has the exclusive option to earn up to 100% on the property, subject to an underlying Property Acquisition Agreement with Kennecott Exploration Canada Inc. Assets: The property hosts 3 known diamond-bearing kimberlite bodies: Tuwawi, Nanuk and Kuuriaq. Overview: During the summer months of 2005 and 2006, Diamondex field crews conducted exploration programs that were dedicated to investigating the nature and extent of kimberlite mineralization originally discovered by KECI and determining the potential of the property as a whole. 24,025 line-kilometres of detailed airborne magnetic and magnetic/EM geophysical surveys were flown and 1,023 till and stream sediment samples were collected and examined for kimberlite indicator minerals ("KIMs"). In a 40 square kilometre area that surrounds the previously discovered Tuwawi, Kuuriaq, and Nanuk kimberlites, prospecting efforts led to the discovery of hundreds of kilograms of kimberlite float. Most of the float boulders were located along or immediately down slope of magnetic trends that have proven to be related to on-strike extensions of known and newly located kimberlite outcrops. Results from the two seasons of exploration of the Brodeur property by Diamondex led up to the Company's first drill testing campaign during July and August 2007. In 2007, a 2,200 metre diamond drill program was undertaken to better define the geometry of the Tuwawi kimberlite body and to extract sufficient kimberlite to allow for estimations of potential diamond grades and quality. Fourteen tests were also completed over the Nanuk and Kuuriaq target areas with kimberlite intercepted in nine of the holes. On April 10, 2008, Diamondex provided diamond results from the caustic fusion of 3,068 kg of kimberlite recovered during this core drilling program. A total of 592 diamonds were recovered from the caustic fusion test on the Tuwawi kimberlite, the largest of which weighed 0.237 carats, with dimensions of 4.35 x 4.10 x 2.10 mm. Modeling of the results indicates that the stone size versus the cumulative grade plot is comparable to the results KCEI reported from its 1,521 kilogram sample (18.66 carats per hundred tonnes ("cpht") versus KCEI's 20.68 cpht). It is also significant that the statistical curves indicate that a larger sample would yield larger diamonds, as well as a higher grade. The 78 kilograms of sample collected from the four separate kimberlite bodies identified in the Nanuk kimberlite cluster yielded 28 microdiamonds. (See April 10, 2008 news release for more details.) Diamondex's field component of the 2007 exploration program consisted of ground geophysics, and till and stream sediment sampling and diamond drilling. A total of 512 till and stream sediment samples were collected over the project area. Over 80% of the heavy mineral concentrates have been processed and delivered to Diamondex's mineralogical staff for kimberlite indicator mineral picking. It is expected that all samples will be picked within the next 6 weeks. Forecast 2008: Diamondex is currently planning its 2008 and 2009 field programs for the property. Priority initiatives being evaluated include:
