Application To Extend Term Of Warrants

| | DIAMONDEX RESOURCES LTD. (DSP-TSXV) ("Diamondex") wishes to announce that it is proposing to amend the expiry date of 11,825,000 outstanding warrants (the "Warrants") from May 4, 2008, to May 4, 2009, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. The Warrants will remain exercisable into common shares at a price of $0.85 per common share.
