| | | David Clarke, M.Sc., P.Geol. Position: Senior Vice-President, Exploration
Mr. Clarke is responsible for program design and quality control of all exploration undertaken by Diamondex. He has over 15 years experience as a geoscientist including an 11-year career as a senior geologist with BHP Minerals Canada Ltd. Mr. Clarke led the 1991 reconnaissance program for the Hope Bay Gold Project and was an integral team member in the discovery of several other gold deposits. Immediately prior to joining Diamondex, he served as the director of marketing for Major Drilling Group International Limited.
Mr. Clarke is a professional geologist and a licensee with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories (NAPEGG). He is also a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 - the rules that govern the disclosure of scientific and technical information.

| | | Raymond Ashley, B.Sc., P.Geoph. Position: Vice President, Exploration
Raymond has over 20 years experience as a geoscientist, including 15 years in diamond exploration. He started his work in diamond exploration with BHP Diamonds Inc. on the Ekati discovery team in 1991, where he played a key role in pioneering the geophysical techniques that led to the discoveries. At BHP, Raymond started in the position of Principal Geophysicist, Western Canada, then Exploration Manager Canada Diamonds, and finally was involved with new project development worldwide. He held the position of Vice President, Exploration for Dia Met Minerals Ltd. from 1996 to 2002, overseeing international diamond exploration programs. He was the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Trigon Uranium Corp. from 2002 to 2007.
Raymond joined Diamondex in July 2007 as part of the acquisition of the diamond division of Trigon. He is responsible for project generation and for planning and executing exploration programs. Raymond also oversees several joint venture relationships and liaises with the partners.

| | | J. Christopher Mitchell, P.Eng. Position: Chief Financial Officer
J. Christopher Mitchell, P. Eng., is an independent business consultant. He is the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of Diamondex Resources Ltd.
Mr. Mitchell has been employed in the minerals industry for over 30 years, initially as a metallurgist and financial analyst. Since 1970, he has held positions of increasing responsibility in corporate finance and administration, marketing of base and precious metals concentrates, environmental permitting and senior executive management with mining companies in Canada and the United States whose shares are listed on The Toronto Stock Exchange.
During the nine year period ended August 1996, Mr. Mitchell served as a Senior Vice President of Viceroy Resource Corporation, a gold mining company. From September 1996 to September 2000, Mr. Mitchell served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Orvana Minerals Corp., a gold exploration and mining company, and from October 2000 to June 2003, Mr. Mitchell served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Constellation Copper Corporation, a company with oxide copper deposits at the development stage in the United States and Mexico. From July 2003 to May 2004 he served as CFO of Diamondex and First Point Minerals Corp. and from June 2004 to July 2005, he served as President and CFO of First Point.
Mr. Mitchell is a director of First Point Minerals and Orvana Minerals Corp.
Mr. Mitchell, who holds MBA (Finance) and M.Sc. (Metallurgy) degrees from the University of British Columbia, is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

| | | Louis G. Montpellier Position: Corporate Secretary
Mr. Montpellier has been practising law in Vancouver, British Columbia since 1981 and since 1983 has worked exclusively in the capital markets as counsel to emerging issuers and listed public companies. During that period, Mr. Montpellier has assisted a wide range of businesses in the entire spectrum of corporate finance activities, from accessing seed capital for private companies through to IPO's and subsequent public and private financings. Mr. Montpellier also has experience in debt and project financing, acting both for lenders and borrowers, with a particular emphasis on the financing of mineral projects.
Mr. Montpellier is identified in a number of publications as one of Canada's leading mining lawyers and has a wide range of experience in the mineral exploration and development business.
