David Clarke, M.Sc., P.Geol.
Position: Senior Vice-President, Exploration

David is responsible for program design and quality control of all exploration undertaken by Diamondex Resources Ltd. He has over 15 years experience as a geoscientist including an 11-year career as a project geologist with BHP Minerals Canada Ltd. David led the 1991 reconnaissance program for the Hope Bay Gold Project and was an integral team member in the discovery of several other gold deposits. Immediately prior to joining Diamondex, David served as the director of marketing for Major Drilling Group International Limited.

David is a professional geologist and a licensee with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories (NAPEGG). He is also a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 - the rules that govern the disclosure of scientific and technical information.

 
Raymond Ashley, B.Sc., P.Geoph.
Position: Vice President, Exploration

Raymond has over 20 years experience as a geoscientist, including 15 years in diamond exploration. He started his work in diamond exploration with BHP Diamonds Inc. on the Ekati discovery team in 1991, where he played a key role in pioneering the geophysical techniques that led to the discoveries. At BHP, Raymond started in the position of Principal Geophysicist, Western Canada, then Exploration Manager Canada Diamonds, and finally was involved with new project development worldwide. He held the position of Vice President, Exploration for Dia Met Minerals Ltd. from 1996 to 2002, overseeing international diamond exploration programs. He was the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Trigon Uranium Corp. from 2002 to 2007.

Raymond joined Diamondex in July 2007 as part of the acquisition of the diamond division of Trigon. He is responsible for project generation and for planning and executing exploration programs. Raymond also oversees several joint venture relationships and liaises with the partners.

 
David Ritcey, M.Sc.
Position: Senior Project Geologist

David holds undergraduate degrees in both chemistry and geology, and has spent most of the past 12 years in gold, diamond, and base-metal exploration projects in Western and Arctic Canada. He has been closely involved in developing and carrying out a wide variety of programs, ranging from grass-roots prospecting to advanced delineation of orebodies.

Prior to joining Diamondex, David spent more than 3 years with the Geological Survey of Canada, where he worked as part of a research team investigating the structure, stratigraphy, and economic potential of sedimentary basins. David's primary responsibilities at Diamondex will be the coordination and implementation of exploration programs on multiple projects.

 
Francis Moul, B.Sc.
Position: Geophysicist

Francis has been involved in the airborne geophysics industry since 2000. Prior to joining Diamondex Resources, he worked extensivily in the Americas and Africa acquiring and processing geophysical data for clients involved in diamond, base metal and petroleum exploration.

Francis is responsible for the analysis of geophysical data.

 
Vic Mitchell
Position: Geophysical Technician/Program Manager

Vic has over 20 years experience working in mineral exploration across Canada, including 10 years in diamond exploration. He holds a diploma in mineral exploration from Sir Sanford Fleming College. Vic started his exploration career with BHP Minerals in 1985, acquiring and processing geophysical data and supervising field camps in gold and base metals projects for 11 years before transferring to BHP Diamonds Inc., where he gained further experience in geophysical processing and GIS work. In 2001, Vic started his own consulting company, VicWorks, and provided processing of geophysical data and GIS expertise to a number of companies in the exploration industry. In 2006, Trigon Uranium Corp. asked Vic to join the company full time to work on geophysical processing, GIS, and program coordination.

Vic joined Diamondex in 2007 as part of the acquisition of the diamond division of Trigon. Vic's primary responsibilities at Diamondex are geophysical data processing and GIS technician. He is also involved in coordinating and implementing exploration programs on various projects.

 
Anna North
Position: Land Manager

Anna has gained her experience in tenure management during the seven years she spent in Iqaluit, NU. During that time she was employed by Indian and Northern Affairs Canada as the Mining Recorder. She has a wide range of knowledge on a broad range of issues in the North, with a specific indepth knowledge of mineral tenure in the North and across Canada.

Anna is responsible for managing the land holdings of Diamondex, and ensures that compliance is met with the various regulatory agencies that are involved in tenure administration.

 
Eeva Haglund, M.Sc.
Position: Geologist

Eeva has 8 years experience working in diamond and base metal exploration in Europe and Canada. She has an M.Sc. in geology from Abo Akademi in Finland. After working in base metals exploration in Finland for 2 years, Eeva started working for Oy Alwima, a subsidiary of Dia Met Minerals Ltd., on diamond exploration in Finland. She supervised sample, geology and drilling programs as well as handled land management issues. In 2004, Eeva moved to Canada and joined Trigon Uranium Corp. She worked on program budgets, joint venture compliance issues, land management and data analysis.

Eeva joined Diamondex in 2007 as part of the acquisition of the diamond division of Trigon. Eeva's primary responsibilities at Diamondex are program planning, budgeting and data analysis. She also tracks joint venture commitments and mineral tenure for some projects.

 
Chris Marchildon Dip. Geoscience Technology
Position: Senior Exploration Technologist

Chris graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 1994 with a 3 year technology diploma in Geoscience. He has been involved in the geophysics and exploration industry since 1995 and has extensive field experience, which include working in Canada, Latin America, and Iran.

Prior to joining Diamondex Resources, he worked with Ashton Mining of Canada Ltd. as a geophysical technician and was responsible for implementing and managing field programs in Alberta, NWT and Quebec.

 
John McDonald, Ph.D., P.Geo.
Position: Consultant

Dr. McDonald was the V.P. Exploration for both Diamondex and Winspear Diamonds Inc. designing and developing their exploration focus. He and his technical team were directly responsible for the discovery and development of the Snap Lake diamond deposit, acquired by De Beers for $480 million in 2000. His field success is complemented by a prestigious academic career including a 13-year tenure as a university professor in Saskatchewan, Canada and Canberra, Australia. Prior to Dr. McDonald joining the Winspear team, he was the Chief Geologist and Exploration Manager, Western Canada, for Esso Minerals Canada for a period of ten years.

His peers have recognized him for his contribution to the industry, and for the18 months he served as Interim Director for the Mineral Deposit Research Unit (MDRU) at the University of British Columbia. In 2000 Dr. McDonald received the HH "Spud" Huestis award for excellence in prospecting and mineral exploration from the B.C. and Yukon Chamber of Mines.

 
Roger Thomas, M.Sc., P.Eng.
Position: Consultant

Mr. Thomas, President of R.D. Thomas and Associates, has over 30 years of experience in Quaternary and exploration geology. He has an extensive knowledge of glaciation and the effect it had on many regions of Canada and has published many papers on mineral exploration in glaciated terrain. His main focus of interest over the last 10 years has been tracing till geochemical anomalies to their sources.

Many companies have sought Mr. Thomas' expertise in planning mineral exploration programs for diamonds and gold. He has been commissioned to study the glaciated terrain in project areas in the NWT, Nunavut and across Eastern Canada. He has also managed programs for sampling, geology, and drilling for Spider Resources Inc. and Trigon Uranium Corp. from budgeting and program planning to data analysis and reporting.

Mr. Thomas will be working on project planning and management of Diamondex' projects in Ontario using his knowledge of Quaternary geology in the area.
