Diamondex Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:DSP) is a leader in Canadian diamond exploration and development. The Company has exceptional land holdings and a highly skilled management and technical team, respected for breaking new ground in the flourishing Canadian diamond mining industry.

Diamondex was created in 1999 when, under a Plan of Arrangement, the non-core assets of Winspear Diamonds Ltd. were spun off and absorbed into this separate entity. After De Beers Canada Mining Inc. purchased Winspear's and Aber's interest in the Snap Lake diamond deposit in 2000 for C$480 million - the first diamond-mining takeover in Canadian history - management developed and expanded the Diamondex property portfolio and focused on repeating their success.
